Employment Opportunities Munson Hybrids has long been known within the seed industry as a highly respected, quality seed grower. John Hennenfent started with the company in that capacity in 1987 and still heads up the day-to-day seed growing operation. John's brother, Jeff, manages the conditioning and handling side of the operation, and Holly works closely with the retail side of the business in management and marketing, giving Munson a true family flair. One advantage of being independent is that Munson has strong relationships with all major trait and genetic suppliers such as Bayer Crop Science, Greenleaf Genetics, Illinois Foundation Seeds, MBS Genetics, Monsanto, Syngenta and JGL Inc. This gives us the advantage over most other seed companies to select from a much larger pool of hybrids and varieties. This allows us to offer products best suited for you and what you want for your operation. We hire seed representatives that have our customer's best interests in mind, and are valuable resources for information and advice in their local areas. We provide our representatives with ongoing agronomic and product training with the goal in mind of exceeding the expectations of all our Munson customers in the area of product placement and support.
