CURRENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Munson Hybrids has long been known as a highly respected, quality seed grower. John Hennenfent started with the company in that capacity in 1987 and still heads up the day-to-day seed growing operation. John's brother, Jeff, manages all Munson off-site warehouses and logistics, and Holly works closely with the retail side of the business in management, giving Munson a true family flair.

One advantage of being an independent seed company is that Munson has strong relationships with all major trait and genetic suppliers such as Bayer Crop Science, Greenleaf Genetics/Syngenta, Illinois Foundation Seeds, MBS Genetics, Monsanto/Corn States, Thurston Genetics and Dow AgroSciences. This gives us the opportunity to select from a much larger pool of genetic and trait sources to produce the hybrids and varieties that perform best in our core states of Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.

To sell the great products that we produce, we hire seed sales representatives, both full-time and part-time, who have our customers' best interests in mind, and are valuable resources for information and advice in their local areas. We provide our representatives with ongoing agronomic and product training with the goal of exceeding the expectations of our customers.

In October, 2017, Munson added a facility in Necedah, Wisconsin.  As we utilize this new facility, we will have potential need of full-time, part-time or seasonal workforce.
